Cross Contamination Prevention
We hand-wash our micron-microfibre cloths that are used on windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
All clients are welcome to purchase and clean their own Microfibre set.
We wash our microfibre cloths in separate loads based on location (bathroom, kitchen, and living spaces). We also use hydrogen peroxide based bleach weekly.
The main caddies are packed separately for each client’s home at the beginning of the day.
Clients on maintenance plans receive a package with their own lambswool duster and other implements to optimize service, limit waste, and increase cross-contamination safety.
We use paper towel for all toilets, mold, and bacteria-dense cleaning.
We use disposable Swifter Duster ends for individual jobs and deep cleans.
We sanitize or disinfect all tools between jobs including extension cords, handles, vacuums, spray bottles, and caddies.
We use removable, washable shoe covers.

Our staff is trained in PPE and contamination protocol.
We are trained in dealing with different infectious or biohazards scenarios, though we do not offer biohazard cleaning services.
We do not charge cancellation fees for clients who have norovirus as this is an increasingly difficult (though common) virus to kill.
We have standards of operation that dictate hand-washing, personal protection, and the movement of materials to limit the spread of germs and bacteria.
